Identification of Core Values – Walking Your Talk

With the dedication and hard work of the CEO, senior managers, project managers and superintendents, we identified what was most critical to the team in executing their work. These values were not only named, but described in detail and identified in their daily execution. To keep these values alive and functioning on a regular basis, they were posted in jobsite trailers, on the backs of business cards and employees were acknowledge in the company newsletter for “walking the talk”.
