US Army Corps of Engineers Design -Facilitated Partnering Session on a Design-Build Project

Karen was brought in to facilitate the team in meeting the project objectives. The 4-hour session included 12 key team members and addressed critical issues that were obstacles in communications and project execution. Each team member contributed to the conversation and action items were generated to move the project forward.
