Northwest College of Construction (NWCC)
NWCC was founded by the four major construction trade associations, representing over 85% of the industry in Oregon and SW Washington. Target Audience: Construction industry professionals; craft workers, superintendents, project managers and CEOs. This program started with the facilitation of NWCC’s Board retreat to generate the vision and priorities of the organization. It has continued with the development of the college’s marketing and recruitment plan and cross promotions with the Associated General Contractors, Associated Builders & Contractors, Home Builders Association and the National Utility Contractors Association. The “Born-to-Build” Marketing Campaign was launched, educating contractors that while they may be “born to build” they still needed continuing education to remain competitive in the marketplace.
