National Utility Contractors Association, Oregon/SW Chapter (NUCA): Facilitating a Clear & Inspiring Road Map with Limited Resources
Facilitation of organization’s first ever board retreat; developed and delivered pre-retreat survey, identified construction association’s strengths, challenges and obstacles. Facilitated vision questing, goal creation, strategy development and prioritization; assisted in the generation of an action plan.
