K Communications completed a comprehensive internal and external survey for an $80 million/year firm, with 89% participation. The feedback obtained was the cornerstone of a new strategic marketing plan. The survey also generated an awareness of operational issues that initiated the following solutions: improving the existing Project Closeout program, generating a solution to construction tool management and creating an employee-requested direct deposit program.
